Add beer to barbecue to lower cancer risk? Way ahead of the curve here.

Oh, you have to soak your meat in it, first. Beer marinade lowers production of cancer causing hydrocarbon. I've been self-marinating all this time...

Of course, this presupposes you believe anti-oxidants taking out free radicals is really that big a deal, which studies only show a correlation through statistical analysis of meta-research. But, hey, more beer!
