The greatest mystery of the new Yuru Camp season so far revealed its secret – how does Chiaki use two chairs to make a hammock? Well, she used a smaller one as footstool. That worked. The girls camped on Cape Ohmama, giving them the sense they were surrounded by the waters of Lake Yamanaka. It's okay to do that by day, but not by night, according to the campsite manager.
The girls sent a selfie of themselves camping at Lake Yamanaka to their friends, but Rin picked up on how much colder that location would be than where they camped for Christmas. The sun went down quicker, it got colder quicker which drained their phone batteries, and they missed the closing of the campsite's supply store. Things looked bad, but thankfully their friendly neighbors took them inside their huge teepee style tent. Manami-sensei, whom Rin alerted, came looking for them when they didn't answer their phones and was felt massive relief when she found them alright with a father-daughter tandem who own a liquor store. Things worked out alright when they could have been much worse for the slightly unprepared girls.
