The short form anime Azur Lane - Slow Ahead! is all about the cute trio of boats from Azur Lane having fun with their fourth friend Z23 at the Azur Lane Academy. Javelin showed us that the struggle is real for getting ready in the morning.
The girls learned that Laffey carries spare parts with her, and they all played with her bunny ears. They also discovered that Laffey drinks wine at night to sleep, but they needed to verify this. They planned a sleepover in Laffey's room.
Laffey wasn't sleep at all when a pillow fight was in the offing. Z23 shouldn't have been late to the sleepover!
The end credits showed the girls having fun and hinted at a swimsuit episode. The beach is always nearby, so let's go get some sun, girls!
