Overhaul's Quirk is even more terrifying than we thought. He combined his body with one of his minions, using both of their powers.
Midoriya realized he had to get more serious against Overhaul, so he increased his power level to 20% from his usual 8%. He might have to do more than that to get out of this fight alive.
