Hinata and Hikage of the 7th Fire Force Department parrot whatever their rude captain says. He should probably stop saying rude things.
Maki was a Fire Soldier with Takehisa before Obi founded the 8th Fire Force Department. She was their third member, under Takehisa's recommendation for how strong and compassionate she was and still is.
