Nothing gets Hestia more frustrated than Bell's cluelessness about love.
Aisha said goodbye to Haruhime, but she warned Bell about taking responsibility for her, in a way that annoyed the jealous Hestia. The mischievous Amazons also kept to themselves that Haruhime was never actually a prostitute because she kept fainting at the sight of a naked man.
After forbidding her "children" from flirting with each other after seeing Haruhime and Bell blush innocently at each other, Hestia totally encouraged the others to fall in love with gods and goddesses. That sentiment only works in her favor in relation to Bell, so why not?
