The other hero schools have talented students too, like Tatami who has a telescoping Quirk.

Camie appears fixated on Midoriya. If she wants to get to know him better, how about asking for a date instead of some body rubbing during a license exam?

I think this is against the rules, but Camie removed her uniform and exam targets to use her shape-shifting Quirk. She may have another agenda besides trying to get to the next round of the exams.
