Haruka introduced herself to her new homeroom class, but the Okinawans didn't know what to make of their newly transferred in genki girl.
Haruka asked Claire for advice on how to become a better partner to Kanata. Claire never really had to build a relationship with her twin sister Emily, but she did remark how her back calms her down. Emily's back does not calm me down...
It's clear that Kanata has known Emily and Claire a long time. Claire was surprised Haruka guessed they would be practicing blocking from her hint. Meanwhile, Kanata practices pokeys with Emily.
Starting off the running joke of head bonking, Claire pointed out to Haruka that her bottoms were a little loose. Apparently, each of the girls have run into this inadvertent public flashing.
Loose bottoms means shopping for new suits! Claire liked racy stuff; Emily not so much. One of the considerations for a beach volleyball pair is choosing matching suits, which is a challenge for mismatched body types like Haruka and Kanata.
Kanata thought the print bikinis Haruka liked showed too much, but she would wear it as a compromise. Unfortunately, another beach volleyball pair, Mai and Ai, already bought them. We'll see them again at the tournament.
Haruka and Kanata picked up the ones that Kanata liked, but Haruka had an idea on how to accessorize them by adding an Okinawan pattern trim. Unbeknownst to Haruka, this traditional pattern is a sign for a love connection, which was just too much for Kanata to handle. Also confirmed, this show is yurilicious and yuritastic!
Kanata found out that Haruka was practicing blocking in secret to catch up to her level before the tournament. Kanata said that "partners" don't need to keep secrets from each other. Being called a partner was too much for Haruka to handle. Yuritastic again!
