Yuzu had to reconcile her feelings for Seiji with her longstanding love for Akane. She had a tough time of it.

Akane was mad that Shikimi had transferred to their school, but realized she could get her off her back if she had a public display of affection with Seiji.

Both strains of drama coincided with the school's cultural festival with their class doing some kind of romantic play.



Shikimi trolling Yuzu in the end card pretty much captured the plot of both parts of the episode.
