Zebiantes, one of the four demon generals, found Dariel when she was looking for a mithril source. She quickly saw that Dariel might have been an invincible human, but his wife, Marika, was scarier. Zebiantes agreed to buy mithril instead of taking it from a destroyed Lux Village.
Dariel tried to keep the Hero Reidi from running into Zebiantes, but he was too late when they met in the sauna. His lucky sukebe powers earned him a double slap. Dariel came clean about his past — a human raised by demons. The Hero and the Demon General agreed to a duel. Baby Gran happily interrupted them. Zebiantes and Reidi's anatomy reminded the well-fed infant of his mother.
