Rika needed to confess her feelings for Naoya several times because that guy is just so dumb. He understood that Rika was serious when she grabbed his dumb face and kissed his dumb mouth. Nagisa and Saki couldn't believe it! Even they haven't kissed Naoya yet.
In the privacy of her home, Rika felt the overwhelming effects of what she had done. Doing and saying all those things in public to an actual person were much more embarrassing than doing her booby-based videos. Naoya can't make up for giving his first kiss away to someone else besides Nagisa and Saki, but he can take them out on a date. They've been so busy acting crazy that they haven't even done that since moving in together.
