Toukai Teiou came back to Team Spica after healing her broken leg and starting to train again. She also noticed that Trainer was behind on his scouting profiles for their horse girl competition. Teiou took it upon herself to "spy" on her classmates dressed up as Daisuke Jigen from Lupin III, which wasn't really spying if they catch you every time you point a camera at them. Oh, and Teiou realized she had a difficult time thanking Mejiro McQueen in person, like she was making a love confession!

Teiou started having a complex about not being able to talk to McQueen until she thanked her properly for being a good friend. She even had a bad dream where Special Week was insanely possessive of the thanks she already received from Teiou and didn't want to share any with McQueen. After spending some time with Special Week, realizing it was Halloween thanks to Satono Diamond and Kitasan Black, and that they had a tough time telling each other thanks for being a friend, Teiou realized it was because McQueen was her special friend that she needed to give her special thanks.
Teiou invited McQueen on a special Halloween "date" and had a fun time together at a local festival celebrating Halloween.
