This standalone story where Emma goes to a dance and becomes a kidnapping victim was all a device to introduce Leila, an adventurer from a competing guild. Noir picked up another fan, if not another harem member. Noir did solid work in making Emma feel she's his number one, though. Phan of Phantom Thief is nice, but the funny thing was that her brother Tom is her criminal partner, so the "Phantom" moniker is just their two names combined.
Leila takes a quick turn in the eye catch after barely debuting in a short introduction scene.
Artist Tsurusaki Takahiro of Isekai Maou to Shoukan Shoujo no Dorei Majutsu fame makes good use of Emma's twin daggers in the end card.
