Lloyd's academic career began with a pair of mercenary sisters searching for his classmate and attacking him, so nothing much new.

The next arc of the low self-esteem monster Lloyd started with tough sisters Phyllo and Meno asking around for his classmate Riho, who went to the same orphanage as Rol, the headmaster of the school of those mercenary sisters. Yeah. Last Dungeon set this story up quickly. Marie and Selen only had time to show jealousy and disappointment in the clueless Lloyd as he asked Riho on a date to cheer her up and met a rival for Marie's attention in upperclassman Micona. Lloyd's brother still acts shady as he befriended the forlorn Micona. We won't know what's going on with him until near the end of this formulaic magic academy fighting competition.
