Mirio showed Overhaul how much of a hero he became by training his permeation Quirk so precisely that he could land a punch through a blocking hand.
Twice and Himiko of the Villain League worked with the yakuza as long as they could stand. They provoked the maze building guy so badly, he showed his location to the heroes. These Villain guys know how to play factions off of each other.
Mirio may have lost his powers after being shot with the perfected Anti-Quirk bullet, but he was no less of a hero after that. He delayed Overhaul from taking Eri back long enough for Midoriya and the other heroes to rescue the both of them. The fighting isn't exactly over just because they saved Mirio, though.
This was the episode I was waiting for this whole season...1 million percent!
