Look, it's obvious J.C. STAFF is phoning it in with the animation on this show, and they're just trying to fulfill their contractual obligations in producing an anime adaptation to the bitter end, but at least they were giving us color versions of the great foodgasm art from the manga. That's past tense now, because look at this crap.

The preview from last week promised us Anne totally plotzing herself upon first tasting Eishi's dish. But what do we get this week? A totally censored and chopped up scene. I'm only watching this show for completeness and the foodgasms and this is what they do? Feh!

Rindou remembered when Kuga should have made an impression on Eishi's ditzy memory, so she's glad to see him actually do it in this competition. Eishi, naturally, says Kuga is still many years too early to challenge him.

Anne needs to wait before the tasting Eishi's sauce because she's about to explode. When did Urara taste this dish? Another scene cut out?

This is great. Eishi has little Green Tea angels just like Souma has his little ones when he tries to beat Erina.

They actually stuck that long grater in Eishi's knight gauntlet.

Total victory for Central, but Rindou and Eishi are exhausted.


Erina's strategy is a war of attrition. Rindou and Eishi got very tired after their bouts, leaving the next round to others who might lose.

Ooh. Next time, Shinomiya-senpai is coming to buck up both Souma and Megumi. They're not over-promising on the foodgasms this week.
