Shinra came to Tamaki's rescue, by stomping on the one who was stomping on her.
Tamaki had a big crush on her superior, Rekka. But then she found out he was the one creating Infernals in their ward and he kicked her in the face. No good guy, no matter what evangelism he believes, would kick a pretty girl's face who wasn't even fighting back.
