Aru isn't the only one who headbutts Nako, but Bocchi doesn't do it on purpose.

Sotoka chided Nako for teasing Bocchi about not being able to join their little chat group because she doesn't have a smartphone. Aru isn't in it either, but that may be because of some ludicrous misfortune.

Bocchi and the other girls made friends with the lonely Mayo (her name is a pun on Ojousa Mayo - ojou-sama yo - "She's a rich girl"), but before things became official with the requisite photo booth picture, Bocchi and Sotoka got involved with making a thousand origami cranes.
