Ichirou's mama Saki has already chosen Kana as her daughter-in-law, so she tells her son to make adults of each other with a supposedly rude gesture as a hint as to how.
Saki Mama sure is a schemer. She told Kana that they were celebrating her getting a new apartment in Ichirou's room just so she could get her drunk with a sip of alcohol and "things would happen." Drunk "Kana-oneechan" remembered a friendly neighborhood boy who encouraged her to become a teacher. Ichirou suddenly remembered who that boy was!
Kana reminisced about the fateful meeting of a boy jumping into the creek and their conversation about becoming adults. Ichirou couldn't get over the fact that he was the cause of shy Kana becoming Demon Teacher Koujima.
Meanwhile, Saki Mama's plan enters the final round right on schedule, with Kana-oneechan wanting to "repay" little Ichirou. A little heavy petting and a first kiss is a pretty good reward for this future married couple.

Rude gestures aside, Kana-oneechan's floppy breasts are the big NSFW draw this week in her final starring episode. Ichirou is going to have a busy time as a husband with this girl around. It's even better that she actually remembers her drunk sexy times.
"Keikaku douri!" for Saki Mama. The only hitch is that Ichirou didn't remember the very important note for when to call Kana "oneechan" instead of "sensei." Big Sister Kana is only for outside of school, preferably at her new place, after a sip of beer.
