Sacchuu just casually stuffs french fries in his mouth as he listens to his magical girls chat before a big mission.
Continuing on from last week, Kurumi has some extra work to do besides the after-action reports that Asuka hates. Sacchuu gets off even lighter since his reports are just paw prints on a sheet of paper... However, Kurumi's interrogation-torture sessions aren't just for information, but also for rehabilitation. Disciplinary action is part of rehabilitation, yes? It's worked for Nazani so far. Woof, woof!
We got confirmation that the blonde busty girl is indeed Pei Pei, after some plastic surgery to change her identity into a magical mercenary girl. She sometimes misses her friends, though.
Nozomi got a coupon from Asuka's friends during the summer festival, but Asuka had to warn them that this maid cafe is over-priced and the food is terrible. Apparently, those are selling points for maid cafes in this town... We also saw Chisato and Nazani finding their place as magical girls within M Squad waiting tables in cosplay outfits.
Abigail and her queen continue to have fun while doing their "work." The stolen magical item from General Tabira is destined for another magical girl they're "recruiting." From what we know about Chisato's circumstances, the next illegal magical girl just might be Sayako or Nozomi.
The flashback to Francine and the surviving Magical Five referenced their death flag conversation about what they would do after they killed the big boss. It seems like everyone's wishes came true, maybe even Francine's. I'm surprised we didn't get a transformation scene for Kurumi until the final moments of the season, but thankfully it was with Pei Pei's very important addition. This last episode felt like a series finale hoping for more. See the last episode of Umishou to see how successful these things usually are.
