This is the moment Grea first laid eyes on Anne. Not much has changed since then, apparently.
Anne and Grea have a special spot with a piano where they first met. The upcoming exam period is going to break their routine and they'll see less of each other for a little while.
Because Anne is a super genius, like really super, midterm exams are just like any other bit of homework for her and she feels left out of the stress and camaraderie that comes with cramming to focus all attention and knowledge on a short moment in time. She just misses her Grea, but they reunited and made beautiful music together again.
The epilogue showed us a few short scenes of student life and late night studying after dark. Grea's dragon eyes don't need much light to read by; the light of the twin moons is good enough for her.
A good study break must include holding hands for these two in the end card.
