Sacchuu is one of the aliens who came to help Earth defeat the evil stuffed animal looking aliens and has been the constant companion of the active magical girls.
We didn't get the name of this police lady boss, but she's hard nosed and not resentful of the Magical Girls helping where they can.
Asuka heard that Nozomi had been kidnapped and it was for retaliation against her dad holding that trigger happy terrorist that Asuka faced earlier. She and Kurumi went to rescue Nozomi "unofficially." Wink, wink.
Nozomi was tortured so Abigail could make a video to provoke Magical Girls into coming for her. She really didn't need to, since Asuka and Kurumi infiltrated before they even finished taping the ordeal.
Asuka and Kurumi weren't going to have a hard time against the regular terrorists, but Abigail and these Russian sorcerer mercenaries are going to be tough. Plus, Abigail is pretty scissor happy herself. We also got a big hint about who her "queen" is, judging from Asuka's traumatic nightmare of Magical Girl Francine's death.
