People can't have a Demon Lord running around no matter how cute she is or if she's just a biscuit eating monster, so Klem decided to let Diablo, the other Demon Lord they're letting run around, solve her problem.
Alicia showed her true colors when she went to join the Fallen as they waited for Krebskulm to bring down the barrier protecting the city. Diablo had other plans for the Demon Lord.
Diablo hit Krebskulm hard enough to bring her to her knees, but it was the sight of a healed Rem which broke her rage and she went back to being the cute biscuit monster we know. Sylvie, representing the Adventurers, couldn't allow the Demon Lord to live in the city, so Diablo suggested he enslave her like Shela and Rem. Sylvie couldn't believe it, but she had to accept it. Emile, the champion of all women, approved.
We almost got back to harem hijinks when Alicia came to threaten Shela. She actually just needed Klem to heal Edelgard who was injured when the two of them ran away from the enraged Fallen. We knew Alicia turned back into a good guy when they started showing her panties under her short skirt. Harem hijinks resume!
Diablo needed a lot of Magic Points refilled, so obviously he's going to get the full harem ending. Banzai!
We had a happy ending (hurr) epilogue, with Edelgard becoming a megane, dark skin, calm voice maid attending to Klem. We also ended where we started with Shela and Rem, in which Diablo can't choose between them. He's got them both, so he should be happy either way.
