Kogarashi is just realizing that his new neighbors in the boardinghouse must be special like he is if they can interact with his roommate ghost Yuuna.
Kogarashi began his day at the Yuragi Inn in the new normal way - Yuuna crawling into his bed and smothering him with certain body parts. He meets his new neighbors at breakfast as they explain they're not ghosts (they have legs, even though Yuuna has legs too!), but they're each special in their own paranormal way.
Before they can conversationally explain what their respective backgrounds are, they're raided by the exorcising monk who Kogarashi defeated last episode and his order. They get to show instead of tell how special they are. Sagiri is s demon-slaying ninja, Nonko is an ogre in disguise who gets stronger the drunker she is, Yaya is possessed by a powerful cat spirit, and Chitose the Innkeeper is a household deity who commands good fortune. Kogarashi better watch his inadvertently clumsy ways.
The eye catch has Chitose and Nonko enjoying the hot spring.
Sagiri keeps seeing Yuuna overreact to her unintentionally sexy displays to Kogarashi and after he pets a naked Yaya in her cat form, she wants him out of the house.
Chitose has established rules for dealing with tenant disputes - table tennis match! This is a hot springs hotel, so that makes sense. It also means that every episode of this show is the hot springs episode... Sadly for the offended girls, Kogarashi was once possessed by a table tennis coach and now he has national champion level skills. Sadly for Kogarashi, the offended girls have spiritual powers. Yuuna saves the day for Kogarashi by channeling her poltergeist powers through lewd memories and displays. It still doesn't stop Kogarashi from being clumsy and manhandling the losing side. I suppose we're getting the To-Love-Ru style harem king for this show.
