Alicia and Rem are pretty skeptical about how Diablo attempted to "probe" Shela's magical flow, since Shela sounded as if she liked the whole experience, and very loudly too.
Medios the slave trader has some knowledge on how to remove slave collars, but a lot of it has to do with how well someone can read the magic flowing out of someone. Rem, for example, has a lot of magic seeping out from the evil demon lord sealed inside her.
Shela gets to be Diablo's guinea pig, as Medios watches and guides the magical experiment. Apparently, a lot of bare skin is required, putting Shela in another slave girl outfit. The strings of light we see in the opening credits comes from how the collar is tied to someone's magical essence.
Rem and Shela bonded a bit after Shela's brother paid them a visit. Shela has a dream of owning a cafe with Rem and Diablo working for her, because she considers them her family. Bonding also means some sensual teasing too, so Shela showed Rem how Diablo touched her earlier in the day. Rem enjoyed it too!

The magical probing scene didn't have any nudity, but a lot of NSFW breast massage. Diablo was trying to see where Shela's magic was most concentrated, so of course he went to her breasts first.
