During badminton club practice, we saw how much Nagisa relies on her signature weapon the overhead smash.
Coach Kentarou did his job this week in getting Ayano to participate (with help from Elena the new manager) and using some sports psychology on Nagisa to break her slump and her toxic attitude.
I can't wait to get to the tournament where we meet the badminton players from other schools, who get nice artwork in the end credits. Nozomi is going to be my favorite just behind Riko.
Did I ever tell you that I was on the mixed doubles team for the badminton intramural champions my freshman year of college? I think I have that T-shirt still somewhere. I totally forgot about that until this anime...
ReplyDeleteI remember the T-shirt, but unless you had a partner that looked like Nozomi doing situps, the memory lessens its impact.
