Team Quick Step crosses the line with four finishers, 7 seconds slower than the TTT winners BMC on stage 3.

Previously, when Grand Tour teams had 9 members, it was the 5th finisher across the line whose time counted for the Team Time Trial. With only 8 members this year, that number has been reduced to four.
