Shirase may have a plan, but she's a little too single-minded. Megumi shared some news articles with her that the civilian Antarctica trip may not be as sure a thing as her own plans to join it. Also, Megumi plays video games.

Apparently, Hinata is more genki than Mari and smarter than Shirase. But she wants to join this pair on their trip to Antarctica before she goes to college. Shirase doesn't like being reminded how serious she is about this trip, though.

The informational meeting for the Antarctica expedition took place in a flashy part of town. Shirase's big plan was for one of the girls to entice a guy to sneak them on board the ship... The funniest bit about this scene was how Mari did the Marilyn Monroe skirt scene next to a sign that said... Marilyn!

Two women who know Shirase discovered the trio and tried to chase them down. It took a little while.

Shirase has been trying to join this expedition for three years. The women, who went on the last one when her mother died, have been trying to discourage her because of some qualifications she's lacking. I think all of that will get sorted out sooner than later.
