The last time the Tour de France raced in Germany was 30 years ago, when its opening stage was in West Berlin for the 1987 edition. Marcel Sieberg, seen above, is one of many Germans racing this year's Tour, and happy to see its return, with the prologue in Düsseldorf on the banks of the Rhine River.
