Kaisar did his job ensuring other people escape, so he expressed sheepish glee that the arresting knights weren't going to get the fight they wanted.
King Charioce's ancient device knocked El out. Lucky for him he found such a nice comfortable place in Sofiel's embrace.
Rita had no compassion for the knocked out Kaisar. A good poke in the rear is all he deserved.
Nina got Charioce to hug her. I think he just wanted to see that Red Dragon for himself. Plus, he wanted to hug Nina a little bit too.
King Charioce with his damaged left eye took his place in the last end card of the season. Everybody loses some body part in this show.
