Literally, it's Welcome to the Class of Meritocracy, but the official English title is Classroom of the Elite. Don't think about it too much, just focus on jiggly Miss Kikyo.

The homeroom teacher Sae would probably keep all of my attention, if she were on screen most of the time. She reminds me of the teacher in Anne Happy and the show itself is like the funhouse mirror source of that slapstick comedy about bad luck girls.
