Without much bounty hunting going on, Hamsa and Nina have hit upon another way to make money: arm wrestling!
Nina's almost evenly matched struggle with this random hot guy proved a couple of things. First, the king Charioce (that's the king if you didn't recognize him) is not a normal human to match the strength of a dragon in human form. Second, all the main male characters are Nina's type of ikkemen.
Nina likes eating. A lot. And she eats. A lot.
I loved the shocking revelations in this episode. The king is a strong brute. Nina's bounty hunting teacher was Favaro! Favarooooo! Rocky the pet zombie hand has a father: Kaisar! I seem to remember his hand getting chopped off in the original, but it's been a while.
Charioce set a trap for Azazel. It appears that the opening credits show the big battle sequence in the next episode instead of what happened at the end of the first.
Bacchus and Hamsa get their turn at the end card.
