10 Second Anime - Prison School - Episode 8 [BD Updates]

The day of reckoning for the expulsion plan arrives. The boys come close to thwarting the DTO but ultimately fail. It's not over yet.

Episode 8 - Andre's Diary

Hmm.

The first few minutes before the opening credits set up all the details we needed to know about the girls' plans. Andre was a psychological mess, Shingo was given a watch and the other boys were made to repair the fence door.

But there were a couple of details for hope. The first was Chiyo's coded message to Kiyoshi, which was ultimately too late because of the vagaries of the Japanese language. The second clue was Shingo noticing a file folder on the PC in Meiko's prison office. The folder's name - DTO. So, the boys' fate hangs by a thread and now that they're united, I expect great things.

So far, we've seen Kiyoshi keeping an escape plan to himself, then bring Gakuto in on it, while having to keep it from the other three boys. Then we had Shingo keeping his snitching a secret from the other 4. But after Shingo saw the three younger boys playing out an allegory for his own situation, the reconciliation on his part was complete. Like I've been saying for a while now, boys tend to unite against an external enemy. The one boy being picked on for hanging out with a girl quickly became part of the same group when they saw Shingo as the outsider. And so it went for our prisoners.

The revelation that Anzu was an agent provocateur was a nice twist, but even nicer was how she was turned by Shingo for being a nice guy. The Underground Student Council can only keep operating if the rest of the girls at school never accept boys as people too. Despite their efforts, two influential girls are already at odds with this message. If a larger group starts rebelling against them too, their whole plan for expelling the boys, plus their own ultimate authority, will be undermined. That's a group dynamic within a construct of social power theory that is going to be interesting to watch.

Geh.

I call shenanigans! This show is biased against g-strings!

They'll leave Anzu's pantsu alone, but Meiko gets the celestial rays and shadows of censorship coming and going. Her purple t-back is being oppressed by the patriarchy!

This week on Meiko's crotch watch, she had a small opportunity to sweat against Mari's authority and we got a rare uncensored glimpse of prime rumpitude.

Yes. I made up that word rumpitude.

Apparently, Meiko's new clothes which covered up everything were too small.

Ufufufu. Keikakudori... This was all to provoke Andre into breaking through the fence. My question: can she also button up that blouse that does fit? Why doesn't she?

As long as Meiko's crotch isn't in focus, the cone of censorship doesn't intrude. I must say, even though I knew from the first episode that using Meiko's crotch as a framing device was going to be a thing, I am still impressed with the variety and creativity of this device.

Doorknobs are da debil!

Honestly, I don't know why they put Meiko in this situation. As far as I have noticed, each of her scenes of extreme fanservice actually served a purpose. Whether it was to illustrate her social awkwardness, to give the audience a sexy scene of compensation before some terribly violent bit of dark humor came on screen or just to remind the audience that we have a sexy beast strutting around, there was a point.

Maybe the point here was that no matter how extreme the situation is, Meiko will never ask for help from Mari or Hana. Was it to show off her independent streak? I did find it funny how appreciative the two other girls were of Meiko's personality quirk that a good way of celebrating was to do door jamb pull-ups.

Heh.

So, Andre is a nickname for Andou Reiji (Reiji Andou), an-do-re. This changes everything! (not really)

Apparently, Andre used up all his ammo and lost his knife in Castle Wolfenstein.

After all that psychological torture, Andre finally got his reward.

I wonder who did the drawings in Andre's diary that matched his dreamlike situation. They were a pretty good copy of his art style.

Um, I think it was pretty clear who could handle looking good with pinched cheeks.

Confirmed - Meiko is a hipster. Come on. A high school kid with a pocket watch and chain? Total hipster.

The guys were awfully forgiving of Shingo being a snitch to hang out with a cute girl.

Oh, but catching a nip-slip and pinching her cheeks? That will need a little bit more compensation. I laughed out loud at how the forgiving facial expressions were recycled after all the violence. Honestly, though, Kiyoshi has no right to complain. He's seen as much from Chiyo in the bath and on their date, plus he's pissed on a girl and felt up a girl's thighs with his erection. I mean, some of those situations had him fearing for grievous injury, but objectively, he's far ahead of Shingo.

The girls might be popping the sparkling apple cider too soon. And in this show, it's not suggestive at all. Not at all.

Updates.

In an episode where Meiko's clothes literally explode and she rips her panties on a doorknob, the censors sure had a rough time.

The censors worked overtime to fuzz the details from Meiko's crotch.

Andre got his reward with a side helping of obliterated up-skirt.

Mari's plan to drive Andre crazy with Meiko's tight but covering clothes worked like a time bomb.

Meiko's still a hipster, even without a censored crotch.

I'm not sure why I didn't make a gif of Meiko going crazy with her riding crop, but there it is now.

The blurriness on Meiko's crotch was toned down for the BD release.

There was no way this scene was going to make it to broadcast air without Meiko's pubis mons getting covered up. It's like an anatomy lesson over here...

NSFW? Yes, NSFW!

Wow, Anzu had an actual nip-slip.

Mayumi keeps showing off her boobs, but Chiyo was still strategically covered up.

Showing areola was totally gratuitous for this scene, but this whole show was about gratuitous fanservice.

Okay, now I understand why this wet t-shirt dream was shown over and over again.

Never underestimate the depth of a teenage boy's feelings for wet t-shirts!
