No Poop Zone

Here's a picture of that infamous "No Poop Zone" house that the San Marino mayor got caught on surveillance video throwing a bag of poop onto its walkway. The "No Poop Zone" signs are quite prominent, especially the one next to the walkway poop drop location. See?

Mayor Kneier is being way less than truthful when he says the bag poop drop "was not premeditated."

The mayor has just resigned. Will pay fine for littering.
