Notes: This week, I recorded my personal fastest time on my usual flat circuit, which is about 6 1/2 minutes faster than my base performance in January as I started training for the Solvang Century. That's quite a bit of time to improve over 16 1/2 miles. This time savings translates to almost 40 minutes faster over a 100 mile distance. Not too shabby.
