Recovery Drink

After a nice recovery drink (used for decades in the pro peleton!), with real sugar, from Mexico (I guess the corn lobby has a different agenda over there), I was 5 minutes from home when this happened.

It took me a little bit of time to get the nail out of the tire, because after I ran it over, I turned it into a hook. I've never had that happen before, so I took the nail home with me. Nice bend I gave it.
