12 and a half
Ounces, that is. A bad habit of mine (or peculiar, to put it charitably) is to do math in my head while I take a shower. But to do math, I need numbers, so the numbers that popped into my head as I cleaned up after my daily bike ride were: the difference between my weight measurements before and after my ride, and how much water I drank during the ride. +7.5 ounces (I gained .7 pounds) minus the 20 ounces of water (empty water bottle). The difference is how much water I sweated and metabolized over an hour's worth of effort, 12.5 ounces. So, that's a concrete reminder to replenish your fluids during any aerobic exercise.

Vienna Coffee Day
Cathedral Cafe: Hey, it's only for one day, but I wonder if that's something that some of our taller cathedrals here in America can try? Just don't use the holy water to brew the java!
