Besides having to share a bed (for now), Towa and Shintarou have to share a bathroom. They need to figure out a system of knocking or locking that door.
We have yet to see the complete ending sequence, but the partial one covered how One Room Angel is a cutesy harem show with a bit of fanservice skin.
