Megumin and Yunyun had arrived at the adventurers' guild to find questing parties and work. Megumin's Explosion spells detracted from her efforts because the other adventurers saw how limited her skills would be. She's a walking tactical nuke that does not help explore a dungeon. Yunyun kept getting hit on by older guys. The fun thing about this episode was how we kept hearing, but not quite seeing, the members of Kazuma's party that Megumin would eventually join.
