Dakini had no energy for her offensive skills, so she could only run away from Gaia's beasts. Ataru, Mitama, and Yukito arrived just in time to save Dakini and the children. Unfortunately, Gaia came to finish the job with her incredibly monstrous mobile headquarters: Typhon. Alural's pickup truck couldn't outrun it, and Yukito and Mitama appeared to die in the monster's jaws!
But Yukito didn't die. Mitama didn't either, but she's an immortal goddess. Mitama kept resurrecting Yukito as Gaia repeatedly killed him. 300 times! Yukito woke up in Typhon's control room, which Gaia had decorated to resemble a boudoir. The mousy former Archon hid outstanding attributes underneath her shabby robe. While torturing Yukito, she explained how all the Archons used to be humans whom the Assembly took in after suffering trauma from cult groups. That sounds like what happened to Yukito! Gaia thinks her two followers will supply enough energy for her to destroy the capital city and Loki. That's enough of a premise for a blowout season finale.
