Loki betrayed Ataru and asked for Yukito's help. She wanted to destroy the Empire! But how could they do that against the omnipotent emperor?
Mitama knew the secret behind Loki's wish because the goddess could see through all illusions. The emperor was a dried-up skeleton, and everything else was a projection from a complex computer system! That was news to Ataru!
Loki explained why she wanted to tear down the Empire's death system. The people blindly went along with death, unlike other living beings, including insects. How did humans become lower than insects? Soon after, Loki found restricted files showing the past technological civilization before the Empire existed.
That was when Loki started spending time in the isolation villages full of deviants. She disguised herself as Clen and found the visitor, Yukito, specifically curious. He knew things from the restricted files and called down his "god," Mitama, to help him. The mysterious being had powers similar to Archons and knew "Clen" was a female. Loki saw her chance to upend the unnatural order of the Empire. Would Yukito agree? He was in a worse state of mind when Mitama revealed the other bombshell secret of the world: he never left it! Mitama brought him to the future! It was a ruined world where survivors decided never to let people destroy it again. What happens next?
