Ryuu and Bell were grievously injured as they walked through the Deep Floors. During short breaks, Ryuu's mind returned to her old Familia before its members died in the dungeon. Meanwhile, Captain Tsubaki of the Hephaistos Familia thought they needed to find out what happened to Ryuu and Hestia Party.
Aisha, Ouka, and the rest of the Hestia Party finally defeated the Hydra Floor Boss. Then the ceiling collapsed, and they followed Cassandra's premonition of going deeper into the dungeon. They would find Bell and Ryuu before returning home!
