The aftermath of the fake Shadow Garden attack on Cid's school turned into a slice-of-life check-in with his alphabet girls. We learned that Epsilon has an unhealthy competition with Beta about her extra massive bosom. Beta is natural, but Epsilon uses the black slime outfit for enhancement.
As Cid traveled to another land to investigate the secret cult targeting his Shadow Garden, he learned his alphabet harem had anticipated his moves. He also collected another royal admirer in Rose. She fell in love with a background character who survived his self-sacrifice for her sake. Meanwhile, we saw the Midgard sisters shopping for thongs in Gamma's department store. And Beta's presence in the foreign land as a renowned author informed Cid that his executive harem was present for whatever he required.
