Chizuru was going to be late for Kazuya's birthday because she was visiting her grandma in the hospital. Then grandma heard it was for the fake boyfriend, and she felt better and rushed her granddaughter out of her room.
Chizuru arrived and immediately blew Ruka out of the water regarding family integration. The kicker was visiting the family altar. Ruka forgot to do that!
