Machikado Mazoku had a hiatus, so they decided to recap the last episodes as a jumbled zombie movie inside Shamiko's dream. Later, Shamiko enjoyed the last days of her summer vacation at a summer festival with Momo.
The day after Momo went to the zoo with Shamiko, she turned into Dark Momo and couldn't control her magic output. Shamiko and friends needed to know why Momo tipped over to the dark side again. It turned out that Momo was mad she missed out on Shamiko's homemade lunch. Shamiko quickly solved her problem by feeding a rolled omelet.
