Father Pucci is the keeper of the discs that Pale Snake (White Snake) makes. He realized that Jolyne had contacted Joutarou's Speedwagon Foundation. His follower Lang Rangler already took the Star Platinum disc, but he lost against the teamwork of Jolyne and Weather Report.
Jolyne recovered her disc from the defeated Lang Rangler. But she still needed to get to the prison courtyard quickly. In her way stood the prison chaplain.
