Touka brought Wolfie and Akashic to tour Agastya's front company. It's an amusement park! Wolfie and Akashic decided to sample all the attractions instead of helping Touka audit its finances. They ran into another monster society's employee, some kind of gator monster, who enjoyed bullying small children. Wolfie was no match for him, but Akashic ended him in one blow. Why doesn't the Agastya Leader just smack all the hero rangers? She could have taken over the world already!
