Sports Day at Komi's school included style points for events. That tremendously favored Komi's class.

The hot-blooded Chika Netsuno noticed the attention the crowd gave Komi. She could tell who would be her primary rival at the end of the day.

Komi's encouragement was another decisive factor for how well her class did. Himiko also got style points for her jiggly efforts.

Komi's mother, Shuuko, came by to root for her during an interruption caused by a sudden rainstorm. Shuuko's "forever seventeen" shtick thoroughly embarrassed Komi! The wet mud caused Komi to slip and fall. But the cries of encouragement from her friends made her try harder and run faster. She almost won! We also saw her mouth grow in size. It's a hint of a future version of a confident Shouko Komi.

Komi couldn't contain her glee that Tadano gave her a bag strap that matched his own. Cute!
