The first half of Goddess' Dormitory focused on Koushi getting excited over the dorm acquiring a kotatsu. Minoru and Frey showed how else to get excited by playing footsie underneath the heated table. This was the only sexy stuff. This is the first episode without any nudity! The beach episode didn't free the nipples either, but at least it had shower scenes.
The second half of Goddess' Dormitory featured spring cleaning. That meant Koushi needed to into the girls' rooms and to touch all their things! Serene was not keen on that idea. Frey wasn't there, but Koushi imagined how she would look in the skimpy lingerie he found. Minoru's room surprisingly needed no cleaning at all. Hazmat showers and disinfection protocols helped in that regard.
Atena convinced Koushi that her room didn't need any cleaning. Koushi believed her since Atena has the reputation of being tidy and a control freak. However, Atena just wanted to keep a gift she was making for him a surprise. The spring cleaning "final boss" was Serene. Her trash heap of a room was not the reason she refused anyone entry. It was because she was shy about collecting gifts for her roommates but hadn't been able to hand them out yet. She couldn't get to them because they were at the bottom of her trash heap...
