Rika, the next girlfriend candidate, has twin tails and twin fangs. She also has two other significant features.

Naoya and Nagisa convinced Saki to come back and live with them. That happened after Saki gave Naoya two good punches to the face. Later, Saki and Nagisa bonded over a video game. Nagisa noticed a famous boobie game streamer played the same game and had the same school uniform as they did.

The group of three continued to have lunch together in their private space. Well, they thought it was a private space, but Saki forgot to lock the window. Suddenly, Rika came crawling through and discovered a suspicious meeting of two girls with one guy. Rika tried to extract an advantage from keeping their secret, but then Nagisa recognized Rika as Milika, the boobie game streamer. Saki then gave back a smug attitude to Rika. After Saki called a truce, Rika realized they were good people and wanted to join their strange relationship. Okay?

The preview shows the girls wearing the swimsuits we see in the end credits. Saki and Nagisa want to give Naoya bathing service, but I'm sure there's some convoluted reasoning behind it.
